Was Johnson-Dawson a robbery?

I had Glen up by 3 cuz it was 7-5 imo wit a 10-8 rd in the 10th I think. It was a close fight, but I thought Glen won. 8-4 across the board for Chad was just ****in wrong.

Dawson clearly won. Yes Johnson was very scrappy and did better in the mid and late rounds but Dawson clearly won the first half of the fight and won the 12th if I recall correctly. Either way I felt it was a proper decision.

Every round was close and competitive....you could have had one guy up by several points if you gave him several close rounds. I had Johnson up by 1 point but it is in no way a robbery.

I concur. There were not really any rounds in the fight that were up for grabs. The rounds were either clearly Johnson rounds, or clearly Dawson rounds, and the clearly Johnson rounds outnumbered the clearly Dawson rounds.

I scored the fight for Johnson. The way they scored the fight was appalling.

Glen delivered one of the greatest shame on you post fight speeches of all time in that fight too.

Remember scoring the fight by a point or two after watching it, Very competitive fight but not a robbery at all, I had to watch the fight after watching a plea video by Glen johnson who felt sorry for thinking he had been robbed again but after seen the fight it doesnt look like a robbery to me.

No robbery just something Calzaghe fans liked to say before he retired, now some Hopkins fans are going with. When you watch it without scoring you would think Johnson won because he hurt him twice late in the fight, but if you keep score and know how to clear Dawson win.
