no oscar has an excellent chin, and has said he was hoping pacquiao would KO him but it owuldnt happen because he doesnt punch hard enough. trinidad, quartey, vargas on roids, mayorga, etc. all could not KO de la hoya, either can pacquiao, sorry he does not hit as hard as any mentioned above at 147 wehre he fought oscar.
