So with these intangibles, does this guarantee a victory for Floyd Mayweather?

Here are some questions you may or may not be able to answer.

1. Has Manny Pacquiao become a better fighter since his loss to Morales?

2. Has Manny Pacquiao shown he can adjust his game plan during a fight?

3. Does Pacquiao posses any speed or power to confuse or hurt Floyd Mayweather?

4. What fight resembles how Floyd Mayweather will fight and defeat Manny Pacquiao?

1. Most Definitely Pacman has improved stylewise. This may or may not be a good thing if he fights Mayweather.
2. Not so sure, his fights above 130 havnt shown much of it. After he floored Marquez he lost around 7 rounds after that. And Diaz, DLH & Hatton were 1-sided, so didnt show much of it.
3. Most Definitely, but Floyd is one of the best counter pucnhers in the sport IMO, and figures the opponent out after 3-4 rounds. (see Zab Judah)
4. Styles make Fights, and i beleive size will not be a factor. Its just gonna be a massive difference in skills (defensive) between the two fighters. Mayweather is gonna be hard to hit, whereas Pac will be an easy target. If the two do fight, i see Pacman geting dropped twice on the way to a UD loss.

1. Pac beat Hatton at his best weight.
2. Pac beat 3 ATG's.
3. Pac 4 times lineal World Champ.
4. Pac brutally KO'd Floyds two best win one has quit in his stool.
5. Floyd ducked his comp, Pac didn't.
6. Pac was beatin' when he was still young and not yet polish.
7. Martin Castillo beat the **** out of Mayweather in the amateurs. Martin who? yes he got beatin by a midget.
8. The Oscar who Mayweather beat is the same Oscar who Pac had beatin. According to Roach Oscar can't pull the trigger anymore since the Mayweather fight.
9. Pac is higher rank in the ATG than Mayweather.

Floyd sucks, he is fraud, ***** and not good for boxing... p4p chicken.

4. Zab Judah. History has shown that you CANNOT beat Floyd by fighting on the outside. I.E. boxing. You just can't do it, there is not a single boxer in this or several past generations that are better pure boxers than Floyd. Manny can ONLY win by fighting aggressively. Floyd is one of the best counter punchers in the sport, so is Manny. The difference here is that Manny counter punches and destroys people that fling themselves at him like Hatton, but in Floyd vs. Pacman, Manny will be the aggressor and thus Floyd will just sit back and counter punch him to a TKO. Look at the fights Floyd had trouble with, only a Castillo type fighter gives him trouble and those are the types of fighters he arguably avoided (Margarito, Cotto etc). Pacman is tailor made for Floyd. He will trouble him at first with his speed like Zab Judah did but once Floyd figures his timing out it will be good night for Pac.
If Pac doesn't KO Floyd in the first 5 rounds it's over and Pac will be TKO'd in late rounds.

That's a an overtly simplistic analysis but you're right in the fact that Zab is the closest fighter Floyd fought resembling Pac. The main difference is Zab never put punches together unless he had a fighter in trouble. He is also horribly unimaginative in his attack when he is forced to initiate contact.

Pac won't beat Floyd by SIMPLY being aggressive. Floyd always adjusts and Pac has to show that he can do the same. His counterpunching will play a big part in it since that's pretty much the only way you'll hit PFB clean. This is why I'm so curious to see the Marquez match up regardless of the size difference.

At this point in his career Pac's got all the tools match Floyd. Counter right hook, left hand lead and the the speed and footwork to boot. I'd like to see Floyd take on a fighter just as fast as him with more defensive awareness and offensive tools than Zab Judah.

Mr Smith, you sound very worried about a potential Floyd vs Pacquiao fight. Anyone with common sense and some optimism would find that this is a fight that is very tough to pick. Being you're a huge fan of Mr Mayweather's, your rants come off like a child who's been told Santa Claus does not exist.

Enjoy the potential fight and try giving an unbiased view if possible. What can or will Floyd do to beat the Manny Pacquiao we are now witnessing?

last time i checked, most ppl are picking mayweather to outbox pac and possibly stop him late but you can't say pac isnt gonna bring the heat. it seems you have a problem with pac being mentioned in the same breath as mayweather for some odd reason - as if floyd's God or something.
