Floyd is one of the best counter punchers in the sport, so is Manny. The difference here is that Manny counter punches and destroys people that fling themselves at him like Hatton, but in Floyd vs. Pacman, Manny will be the aggressor and thus Floyd will just sit back and counter punch him to a TKO. Look at the fights Floyd had trouble with, only a Castillo type fighter gives him trouble and those are the types of fighters he arguably avoided (Margarito, Cotto etc). Pacman is tailor made for Floyd. He will trouble him at first with his speed like Zab Judah did but once Floyd figures his timing out it will be good night for Pac.
If Pac doesn't KO Floyd in the first 5 rounds it's over and Pac will be TKO'd in late rounds.

don't forget floyd beat both of them in better versions:

2. Floyd weighed in at 148lbs on fight night and Hatton weighed 154 lbs on fight night in their 147lbs show down when Hatton was UNDEFEATED.
Hatton weighed 152lbs on fightnight and Manny weighed 148lbs on fight night during their fight while Hatton was already ruined from a Mayweather KO.
