Could Pacman Win Record 7th and 8th Division titles/belts?

you're right, I forgot. well Pac can't handle berto or Mosley too much speed/power. Maybe he can handle Cotto because he fights more in spurts and has far slower foot speed than the others so Pac may be able to dodge in and out. We'll have to see.
