Very impressive KO win for Korobov last night, he destroyed Bartinelli in 2 rounds.

Korobov is a really good fighter and he will probably be a top mw some day but I don't think he'll be p4p #1. after taking the mw division he would have to also atleast take over the smw and/or lhw divisions to get that kind of recognition and I doubt he will. there is a lot of talent coming up in those divisions and I can't see korobov beating the likes of andre ward, the dirrell brothers and dawson.

Lots of prospects has no weaknesses against D class opposition, just look at Panchito Bahado or Andy Lee. The kid looked good, but i never get excited over a prospect until i see him fight someone with a pulse. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for him though.

yeah Korobov is amazing, don't forget that Golovkin (ko'd Bute in the am's) is a middleweight too! i think both of them would destroy someone like Andy Lee even right now, Pavlik better move up within the next two years or he'll lose them in the ring
Gennady Golovkin (16-0, 13 KO's) is another great Middleweight prospect. Dude had a great amatuer career, he also won the amatuer world middleweight championship and was a silver medalist in the 2004 olympics. He KO'd Lucian Bute, dominated Andy Lee and clearly beat Andre Dirrell.

Korobov and Golovkin will dominate the middleweight division.

His punch efficiency was incredible, great accuracy
You never know though, against a strong opponent he could look as one dimensional as Pavlik.
