From 106 to 154, sadly he would still be criticized.

Had Floyd started at 16, he would have been retired @ 25

floyd has a better chance of being a 6 division than manny does. For manny to be 6 division he'd have to beat Cotto at 147 or something along those lines.

This thread is ******ed. We don't need to deal with if's let's deal with facts. Fact is floyd did not turn pro at 16, so we will never know. End of dicsussion on this pointless thread.

                  Sorry buddy. Thread Fail

If Mayweather turned pro at 16 he wouldnt have have the fundamental skills he is known for today. Remember Floyd's strengths are his solid fundamentals and ability to think and adapt in the ring through his extensive amateur experience, and being a 2nd generation boxer that has been training since age 5. NOT RAW TALENT OR ATHLETICSM!!!

If Mayweather turned pro at 16 he wouldnt be anywhere close to being the boxer...or having the guile he is known for today. and he doesnt have enough inborn athleticsm to carry him 3 weightclasses up...let alone 12.

He would, he would have been way too big for those little midgets, guess you didnt see Floyd fight at 16, he does exactly the same things now that he did since day one.
