The shot only looked bad because Hatton folded like an accordian, had it hit someone with a good chin it would have just looked like a decent shot.

only big tough middleweights wouldnt have been koed, maybe mosley and margarito. they would have definitely been staggered though.

With a punch like that to the jaw, he would have ko'd most 168 pounders. The vibrations from an impact like that travel straight to the brain and there is little that a person can do. Pac put his entire body in that punch and a few pounds heavier would not have made any difference what so ever.

it would have sparked most junior welterweights , some welterweights and wlad klitschko.

what a ****** thread. i could say that the check hook that mayweather landed on hatton would have knocked out pacquiao. or that i have seen many fighters throw punches that would have knock out their opponent or any one else if they hadnt dodged it, but thats the problem...THEY WERENT THERE TO RECEIVE IT!

It was a Crumbling blow but we will never know how any other fighter would have taken that blow cause all fighters are different. We know one thing Hatton didn't take it well. I felt really bad for him. What a Sucker for Mayweather Senior to say " Hatton just should retire now". I don't know he is the trainer maybe he knows best. Just wouldn't have said it quite so fast after the fight.
