I do think the people that are saying that Pacquiao has moved in front of Mayweather in resume/legacy status are fine saying that... that is where comparing head to head victories makes sense.
The flaw in comparing victories is that styles make fights at the end of the day. If Mayweather was a pac-clone, there is no way you would not pick Manny to beat his clone if he had done better against the same opposition. It is a sound way of thinking. However, styles are obviously more important.

Most of these floyd fans are not really his fans, what they are fans of is of an undefeated record and bad boy attitude. i dont mind the attitude or the perfect record of course but the real reason to be a fan is the 05-07 versions of Floyd in his prime tearing tru Gatti, Baldo, Corrales, Castillo, Hatton... going a while back Hernandez was also a great win, only Floyd and Oscar beat him in his entire career.

I noticed that too. I guess it was at no. 3 wasn't it? Personally I think it's too high, but that's really just a matter of opinion.

Good thread and good point, but we all know people would be talking and comparing, it will die down after a week or 2.

LOL... given the rate at which these guys take on matches,
a boxer'd have to be dead/retired before you could confidently
                eliminate data scatter.
