Pacquiao vs. Cotto By December, Says Bob Arum

I don't like what Arum is doing and i think it is disgraceful. The guy just moved up from 130 for christ's sake. Pacquiao should be fighting at 140 now and cleaning up the division while waiting on the mega fight with mayweather or marquez. This is why I was pissed off when he didn't sign with golden boy. Bob arum doesn't care about his fighters he figures that whichever one wins is his big star. Yes manny could win but there is more of a chance that he is being pushed too far and taking too many chances outside of his division. Cotto has unfinished business that he needs to settle with mosley(or at least he should want to man up and take his title back and show the world what he is made of) and pacquiao needs settle the pound for pound issue. I hope freddie puts bob arum in his place and doesn't even entertain the idea because we all know if it was up to manny he would probably fight him because he doesn't turn down any challange and isn't the best descision maker. Besides Cotto doesn't have a belt and isn't recognized as the best welterweight so what's the point.

manny will box cotto to pile up on points for a UD.

manny 'myt' be able to hurt miguel with the accumulation of punches.
freddie and arum will prefr cotto than mayweather at this point.

To be honest, I'm really not that interested in Pacquiao vs Cotto. All I want to see is for Pacman to knock out Money May.

I like the Mayweather idea more so than the Cotto fight. I think Manny can pressure Cotto with combos but I see it as more of a mismatch. Cotto has a big frame and he truly hits way hard (harder than Hatton by far)

I also think that Arum is overlooking Clottey; Cotto might not be such a big attraction should he lose.

I don't want to jump the gun but if Pac beats my boy Miguel Cotto, he's a whole new beast. Damn Sun, the thought is crazy, but possible.

Its a shame Pac isn't American, I truely beleive he would've put boxing back with the likes of baseball & horse racing. Even I have to admit I was sleeping on the kid because he wasn't from our great country, but like Calzaghe he showed me he is the truth, even more so than the legend killer Joe Calzaghe
