    lolwut?

So the version of Ricky Hatton that beat Kostya Tszyu is essentially the same one right? Pacquiao is just this good?

I mean cuz he just beat a guy on the death bed before that, and two washed up Mexicans who doubled as wax statue corpses?

Hatton is done, he didn't move his hands or his head.

Hatton should retire, there's nothing left to fight for. The PFP title was his final goal but he's not going to get there.

He's rich beyond his wildest dreams, famous, loved by the UK and beyond, there's no need to put himself through any more.

Yes, His chin and his heart was taken by Floyd Jr. He needs to retire before someone hurts him badly. I didn't think he was past it even after he was stunned by Lazcano or bruised and swollen by Paulie, but he proved he has nothing left and is on a steady decline since his loss to Mayweather Jr.

Beating Kostya was his absolute peak and he went in the deep end after Floyd Jr. If Floyd Sr. can't improve your game then no one can.

He needs to take his $12M and enjoy his family.

It pains me to say it but he should retire. He does not have what it takes to compete at top level.

Now I'll go cry in the corner.

I think it's time for him to retire after being knocked out like that. The only fighter i see out there for Hatton now, is Amir Khan.

If the only gratification Hatton can have is from fighting on the elite level, hah, he should thank his lucky stars he fought an over-the-hill Tszyu in the first place. He never belonged at the highest level.

That being said, he can compete still at 140 for belts as long as he stears clear of those high up p4p'ers....

                Good answer.

I think his punch resistance is not what it was a couple of years ago. It's time for him to retire before he is badly hurt - he has accomplished a lot and made enough money to retire comfortably on.

He should retire. I don't think he'll ever be the same after taking a punch from hell like that.

After watching the replay today and seeing Hatton incapacitated on canvas after the KO, you certainly don't want to see that happen again to him. I think Hatton should take a year off from the sport and then decide if he wants to fight again...

He needs to retire. I dont know what problem he had with Mayweather Snr, but all tactics and game plans were thrown out of the window as soon as the bell rang.
It was as he said, "to hell with Mayweather Snr's game plan"..I will do it my own way..
