They're both pretty fast. Floyd for single shots is faster, pac's combo's are faster. People say Floyds more accurate, i think that's debatable. Pac is getting more & more accurate fight by fight. Watch Diaz, De le Hoya & Hatton and tell me how he could get more accurate. He's a work in progress & constantly improving so these answers may well change by the time they fight (if it happens).

pac's is a lot faster in combinations since floyd rarely throws them anymore but in 1 shot punches floyd still has a bit of an edge I think in raw fast twitch shots like leading straight rights and those quick checkhooks and such. But as I said in terms of combination punches, manny throws faster punches in bunches.

Pacquiao vary's his speed but when he wants to be fast you don't even see it.
