            I would say so. Right now he is a fighter who *was* p4p #1 for about 3 years, with the last evidence of that being a helluva performance in December 2007.

              According to the boxing media it's Pacquiao, but I just feel like if Floyd is fighting someone is going to have to beat him before I'll believe that there's a better fighter than him P4P.
