Does Hatton hit harder at 147 than Pacquiao? sure doesn't look like it. That guys power can't carry at all. Mayweather isn't even a legit 147 lbder and he couldn't do anything even when he did connect.
no but how the **** do you know if Pacqiao hits harder when he has never fought at 140 and only fought one time above lightweight?

I have been watching Hatton fights for years and he got the majority of his knockouts before the Tsyzu fight. He has had like 2 ko's in the last 7 fights and these are the fights in which he has stepped up the competition.

Hatton does have power but not one punch power. Most of his fights are won by accumilation.

You're discrediting Malinaggi for not having chin though, even though it isn't granite, I'd say it's pretty decent.

Ricky Hatton broke four of Castillo's ribs. I don't think you could do that if you can't punch.

I don't think Hatton has a reputation for being a hard hitter. He knows where to place body punches for maximum effect. He often hits fighters with a lot of headpunches and doesn't seem to do much damage. He bullies fighters and wins by volume of punches. I like his style - it is exciting and he just keeps going. I have seen him tired a lot in the later stages and he looks like he could be taken out quite easily at this time.

he hit david diaz with basicly everything and it took him 9 rounds to finish him and oscar was severley weightdrained and way past his prime yet he still didn't knock him out... Pacquiao defenitley has alot of power at featherweight and superfeatherweight but above lightweight its more about his speed and accuracy that stops his opponents i think... Hatton has more one-punch power until proven otherwise.
