Roach did say those things, but it was all with flow of the moment of making fun of Oscar on how he could not manage his weight at this stage of his career with all that experience and expect to beat a top notch fighter like Pacquiao in such condition. What I mean by moment of things is that everyone was talking how ridiculous it was for Oscar to be in such condition for the fight.

Here's one; you "theory" that DLH purposely made himself look underweight, "weight drained" to lose the fight makes absolutely no sense. Why? Because you're implying that he does it for the money. Read a little more and you'd know he pretty much owns his own boxing promotional company. Find out how much made in PPV's alone and exactly why everyone and their grandmothers know about him.
