Pac cannot KO Hatton unless you're talking about TKO. Pac was unloading on Oscar and Oscar took it.

DLH fought Trinidad and never even flinched. He's only been down once, to Bernard Hopkins. Oscar has a monster of a chin.

As for Hatton, he was put on ***** street by a feather-fisted Collazo, KO'd by a fighter with average power in Mayweather, and hurt badly twice against Lazcano, who had a 15 month layoff and was coming up in weight.

Ricky doesn't have a very good chin and the wear and tear is taking it's toll. Ricky won't see the 8th round.

I don't think having losses on your record determines your P4P status in Boxing more than fighting and beating the best. Pacquiao has gone on a lengthy streak of wins and avenged his last loss to Morales and won a close fight against Marquez who he drawed with years prior.

In the same notion, is it safe to say Chad Dawson should be the #1 P4P because he is undefeated? It's a bit unfair to judge it that way.

Can't say the same thing for 'PAC' there's a long list of people who can beat Pacquaio from 135-147, hatton, judah, cotto, mosley, holt, bradley d.hopkins,Ricardo Torres, campbell/guzman give him a good fight etc. Pacquiao dropped Marquez 3 times in the first round, then after the 3rd round was outboxed the rest of the fight.
