You cannot gain weight without getting bigger.

    Its impossible.
Bigger in the sense that you are now too big to fight they guys you were fighting at your natural weight as a grown adult.....their natural size cannot change at that point, they are just blown up and can easily get down to where their bodies naturally dictate they should be......I understand what putting on weight means and how you are heavier as you gain weight, you know exactly what I meant by using the term bigger in the creation of this thread. You are just playing with words and terms now.

When Oscar and Floyd fought there was a great article on here about there weight and how Oscar has always been much bigger then Floyd. The man talked about how some are trying to say that there close to the same size because Oscar also started at 130 but then the guy broke down both there weights, how many fights they had at each weight, and what they weighed in the ring and it showed that Oscar was always a much bigger guy than Floyd

No, I'm not playing with words.

Unless you can explain to me how someone can gain weight without getting bigger somewhere in thier frame.

Its physically impossible to add weight without getting larger somewhere.

Yeah good point what was I thinking, I guess according to you and your "logic" Erik Morales now at 200lb can fight Bernard Hopkins and be fighting a smaller man, thanks for setting me straight good talk.

Explain to me how someone gains weight without getting bigger,

                I'd love to hear it.

Especially the part when you explain where the extra body mass dissapears to.

You and me are talking about two different things, but no am I right? If Morales now fights B-hop is he fighting a smaller guy?

                    So you can't explain it?

                    Thanks for trying.

My Morales/Hopkins example speaks for itself.....though he is indeed heavier does Morales's extra weight make him a bigger man than Hopkins, if you say he is bigger than you win?
