Well I can't recall him talking to the commentary team in the Hatton fight to that extent, and the same goes for Judah. Shame he weren't doing it for the De La Hoya fight.......

Do you remember during the post presser for "The World Awaits"? Floyd said he heard Bernard Hopkins screaming "get him". And he was thinking "not tonight ".

Howinthehell do you single out Hopkins' voice in that arena?

I think this was a WBC title eliminator to face Gatti which a lot of people wanted to see, he wanted Tszyu after Gatti but Tszyu lost to Hatton and Ricky rejected Floyd twice

        **** opposition though, i agree

So he still wasn't having a confussion with the commentaters when he was fighting De La Hoya was he.. And you say how did he hear Hopkins voice, well lots of fighters hear certain voices screaming when they are fighting, Ricky Hatton says he often hears his mums voice over anyone else's.

It's not that big of a deal......

Indeed it was a WBC LW Title eliminator, but that dosen't automatically make it a great win for Floyd. Going into that fight Henry Bruseles was coming off a Techinal Draw with Ener Julio who was 25-7-1. And also going into the fight he had been beaten twice by medicore fighters in Ernesto Zavala 16-2, and stopped in 3 by Roberto Ortega who was 14-7-1.

And to be honest I think there were much better and more worthy fighters Floyd could have in the Title Elimantion bout, than Henry Bruseles, and since the Mayweather fight,Bruseles has gone to a SD with a faded Ben Tackie, in which alot of people though Tackie got.

A rather silly move by the WBC.....

Thats what i originally thought, at first i didn't think that the Fighters could hear commentators

but supposedly Roy Jones and Floyd Mayweather both have conversations with the commentators while fighting
