Once hatton felt pacquiaos power all the strategies are out of the window. That said Manny by TKO 7.

I'm not sure if Hatton will be able to get Pacquiao onto the ropes, so I'm not sure the gameplan will work. Either way, as Samurai noted, Pacquiao hasn't shown any problems against bodypunchers since the very early days.

I think this will be a closer fight than most believe, although I still have Pacquiao winning - but on points, rather than the stoppage many seem to be expecting. I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah... but some guys get hit, and still stay with the plan. Examples?

        Carl Froch vs jermain taylor

        Floyd Mayweather vs Zab Judah.

Has anyone considered that Lazcano was an ex-featherweight and he had Hatton on ***** street in round 7/8 ? (in regards to people saying Pac might not even hurt Hatton).

Ricky seems vulnerable to left punches. With that said, Ricky needs to wrestle Manny in order to beat him, if he boxes with Manny he will be owned. There only one MANNY PACQUIAO, ONE MANNY PACQUIAO
Please refer me to the fights/rounds where Manny had a good left hook. Because I have never really considered a left hook as the better part of Manny's arsenal.

Also, please realize that it's not always the power of the punches. It is the timing or accuracy. Especially when you don't see it. That's what was happening to Ricky. That is why Mayweather's punches were buckling Ricky, but Tszyu's didn't.

The only reason the odds is a slight favor to Pacquiao is because of his latest wins and the pound 4 pound title that he holds. If Ricky wins, I won't be surprise, I'm excited and nervous for Manny as always, but unlike bum bum baustista, he's got the heart of a champion.
they're both 30 yrs old. but manny turned pro before hatton

No, sir. I'm not talking about adjusting. I'm talking about having some rough moments and sticking with the original gameplan.

Carl Froch got KD'd, and still stuck with what he wanted to do.

Tim Bradley got socked silly, and kept on the pressure.

Floyd ate some Zab lefts, and kept stepping forward and digging to the body.

If Hatton can get past a couple of pretty left hands by Pac, then he will have the confidence to go forward, and Pac will know that he's not fighting yet another aging featherweight or anorexic transvestite.
