Theres enough information to recognized he cheated. Many things that when on during the fight says he cheated and then he gets caught for cheating in his next fight. Sometimes you dont need complete proof to know the truth. One too many coincidence says he cheated. A truthful person would have denied the allegations like if his life depended on it.
