Israel Vazquez: shot at 32 y/old?

I believe after his forced vacations and if clear to fight again, his body would be more than healed and ready to go to war once again. Izzy's 3 battle with rafa are no excuse for future performances. What do you guys think???

those fights with rafa took a lot out of him. if he returns it won't be the same izzy. he'll probably become a gatekeeper-type fighter

Lopez fighting Vasquez would be a no win situation.

If he wins, he beat a shot Vasquez who fought 3 wars with Marquez among other fights. And if he loses he was exposed by a great fighter already past prime.

He may still have anotha good fight or 2 left in him, but he won't be the same after the Raf wars.

some guys defy all logic and come out of all these wars totally unscathed. other guys, one grueling fight and they're never the same. it's hard to imagine israel being the same after those 3 marquez fights, but who knows?

Its not just the Rafa fights either. He had some battles with Larios and Gonzalez as well.

those 3 fights with raf definitely shortened both their careers.

                    its a legitimate excuse
