Xcaret just shut the hell up for once, Mexico has produced many more champions, but you don't give Pacquiao any credit at all, especially considering he's better than any Mexican.

Props to JMM though, he's real good.

the Philippines is producing some good fighters as of late, but yea overall Mexico generally has more. Just not better than Pacquiao.
