Why would Mayweather fight Marquez?

when he could make twice or three times as much in a rematch against Hatton, Pac, Cotto, Shane?? Doesn't make sense to me. Marquez is a tough fighter don't get me wrong and I think he deserves a shot against Mayweather but from Floyds standpoint, why?

Erm well Cotto's fighting Clottey, if you didnt already know Hattons fighting Pacquiao on saturady, and Shane ent fighting again till autumn.
