According to most Floyd fans, Floyd isnt a WW, nor is he a JWW.

I've heard some really dumb **** come out the mouths of Floyd fans before, but this really tops it.

When it comes to him fighting WW's, they claim he's to small and not really a natural WW, yet in the same breath, they claim he cant make 140 anymore.

Can anyone explain this one to me? They've really outdone themselves with this one. LMAO!!!
    Hes a jr. middle welterweight.

I feel he IS a welterweight.. hes been there for 4+ years... I dont care what his weight is on fight night...

Just because Cotto balloons up to 160... this makes floyd a JRWW because he only balloons up to 150?

Floyd spent half his career moving UP IN WEIGHT... if he wants a few mega matchups to come UP to face him.. whats the big deal?

Bernard sure did it... and he is touted as legendary...

I understand the JMM debacle because he was a 130lb fighter two fights ago... so THAT i understand...
      Exactly!....

Then why did he duck Margarito to to fight Mitchell/Baldomir for less money?

Listen, Floyd's a welter plain and simple

The Floyd fans that say otherwise are deluded.

His fans defend this fight happening at WW, yet moan and complain that he's not a WW when an actual WW wants to fight at WW.
if pacman moved up to 147, from 135, to fight a JMW......

what's wrong with marquez moving up the same weight, to fight a guy HE CALLED OUT?

At the time when the ABC belts still had a grasp on Boxing, the WBC belt was the recognized belt in the Welterweight Division. Baldomir beating Zab Judah made him the "lineal" champion, but he wasn't necessarily better than Margarito or provided that much risk. It was a victory taylor made for Floyd mayweather to capture a title in that particular division.
