My brain says Mayweather, all day, every day. I'd be surprised if Marquez made it the distance.

So that's my prediction.

But fuck that, Marquez is my favorite active fighter, and one of my top 10 all time favorites, I'm going to be in his corner on fight night, regardless.

Mayweather and Marquez are two fighters who counter punch alot. This looks to be a very cautious fight with each fighter waiting for the other to throw. Marquez gets my vote though.

I reckon that a victory over Floyd Mayweather Jr will superscede his Draw and Loss to Manny Pacquiao. Many would argue him and Pacquiao could indeed share the #1 spot in Boxing if this were to occur, but Floyd Mayweather just might be more than Marquez could handle.

I believe he will KO Marquez late in the fight if not sooner.

If Manny and Juan Manuel both lose, the 3rd fight between them could still happen.

And if Manny wins, and Marquez loses (the more likely scenario), the fight will still likely happen due to the amount of money to be made from it, and the fact that you really can't hold a Mayweather loss against Marquez.

He's going on 36 with 55 professional fights under his belt, and moving up from 135 to 144 or 145. Floyd clearly has the advantages over him.

floyd hasnt fought in 2 years, thats not good. but JMM isnt even in his prime, he's been in a ton of wars, and is 36 years old. pluse he's not even in his best wieght, he fought most of his fights at featherwieght. i think floyd will win, but i WANT jmm to win.
