    Ahh i misunderstand that then, cheers for clearing it up.

    The lineal claim does seem to be more and more difficult to work out due to nobody wanting to stay in the same weight class for more then 2/3 fights anymore

        Also due to the fact that the #1 and #2 contenders rarely face each other, because the chances are they will hold different alphabet belts and unless it's a big money fight, they don't want to take the risk (as in the case of Steven Luevano and Chris John). Or because their promoters don't want it (as was the case until recently with Arum trying to block Pavlik and Abraham). So once a lineal title is vacant it generally remains vacant for a long time.
