Dawson by points or late round KO. We don't know if Williams can take the power of a full sized light heavyweight. Dawson is very quick with his hands and has good stamina (from what I remember), he can finish strong as well.

And why are they hype?

I'm not really sure you can call either of these guys hype-jobs anymore to be honest. They are both establishing themselves at the top of the sport.

Yeah but no-one is claiming froch is the goat are they. These two are the most ridiculously hyped guys on this board and isn't it surprising that they are both american?

Most fans on this board are American. Other than this board and hardcore boxing fans, who the hell knows who Williams and Dawson are? Nobody outside of boxing knows them, but they have proven to be elite fighters.
