Is it me... or does Hatton look very quick when FMS is padding him?

well I must say that Tszyu destroyed the two guys Floyd fought far faster than Floyd did. However those guys arguably gave Tszyu more problems.

People claim Zab was 'dominating' Tszyu up until the KO whereas Floyd ended up dominating and owning Zab.
Sharmba Mitchell was giving Tszyu all kinds of problems in their first fight but had to retire on his stool because he injured his knee. In the second fight he was still giving Tszyu problems but Kostya KTFO him in round 3 I believe. Mayweather KO'd Mitchell in the 6th (with a body shot no less) but dominated him far more easily than Tszyu did, and keep in mind this was Mayweather's first move to 147 whereas Mitchell had already fought there a few times previously.

        Hatton looks really good.

I'm starting to be impressed by/like Ricky Hatton.

I never thought I would like the Hitman, but... after rewatching his fight with Malignaggi, it's hard to dislike him for me for some reason.

It is a shame that he didn't have FMS earlier in his career. He would have still had the strength, but he would have been a more flexible, coordinated, versatile boxer.

Ricky's best days are probably behind him (he should still have enough to handle Pac, though).

They are just memorized combos that he throws for hours or how ever long he does it for. He has great muscle memory for those combination but in the ring, Pacquiao won't be throwing in the same fashion as Maywether Sr so he won't be able to react the same way.

thats my fear going into the fight that Ricky will get brought into a brawl rather than using his Boxing brain.

He looks miles better but its about whether he is able to apply that when it comes to the fight.

Yeah. I know it's a routine. But Margarito or baldomir wouldn't look like that no matter how long they practiced.

Nor would Marquez, I don't think.

Are you crazy? Marquez most definitely would. He's an amazing combination puncher

I am referring to the speed. I have never been impressed by Marquez' handspeed. And I think that is why the FMJ fight is such a bad one for him.

I would have to agree with this one.

Marquez definitely has the natural combination ability and ring smarts to master a Mayweather Sr. pad routine.
