By then Mosley will be even older which is probably one of Mayweather's stipulations. Don't forget he only fights if there is an advantage for him. He wants Marquez at 147 which means he will have to go up 12 lbs. and he fought an old Oscar, Hatton at 147(not 140 where he's good), will probably want Manny at 154, etc. etc. He's a *****! How come he doesn't mention any legit WW? Cotto, Williams, Margarito before the plaster scandal. ****, even Collazo, Berto, Kermit, fight a WW you punk!

According to them, Floyd is too big for 140, and too small for 147. WTF??? Should there be a special weightclass just for Floyd, and only HE can fight there?

doesnt matter. it is a comeback fight.
why are triping over a comeback fight?
i can understand getting upset over a matchup after his comeback fight...
but right now you are getting mad at a comeback fight?

Floyd Mayweather has fought in every division JMM has fought in except featherweight.
70% of mayweather career was at super featherweight
90% of JMM was at featherweight.

JMM Should Take the money and the opportunity at history because he will never find himself in better position than fighting the best fighter of his generation coming off almost a 2 year layoff ....and JMM on the other hand is looking greater than ever....

JMM is worrying about a lost on his record when he has already got 4 loses... and When he went somewhere in Indonesia To lose for $31,000
          Dollars...?

If JMM doesnt want to be Mayweather's comeback fight opponent then so what.. it is just a comeback fight replace JMM name with somebody else or
Fight Tito like I think he is thinking about doing.....

But remember JMM you will just have blew your opportunity just like shane and cotto did.

This is almost the equivalent to fans bitching about Who
a College Football team should play for a scrimmage game.

"It's been stated by many critics that Floyd is all about money and has tarnished the sport. Take some time to consider, however, how a fighter like Juan Manuel Marquez could end up fighting and losing a title shot in Indonesia for 31,000 dollars. You have to be smart as a prizefighter, you can't just accept fights because promoters, sanctioning bodies, networks, or even pushy fans want you to. Too many fighters have become ****** and puppets to the system." -Michaell Herron

**** makes you wonder if he really regrets making that challenged to Floyd.. Funny thing is he would probably and most likely have his biggest payday in his life fighting Floyd....

JMM you already got what 4 L's...and your not the draw. especially since you wasnt the draw in the diaz fight
Take the money and the opportunity at history because you will never find yourself in better position than fighting the best fighter in your generation coming off almost a 2 year layoff ....and you on the other hand are looking greater than ever....

THINK ABOUTTHIS LOGICALLY JMM AND TAKE THE FIGHT!!!!!!!

Because you are not getting no younger, and in this will be the best opportunity you will ever have to beat a fighter of floyd caliber because he is coming off a two year layoff..

This post is the most commonsense as it is going to get for JMM..

            JMM remember

Miguel Cotto, and Shane Mosely had their Opportunites to fight Floyd and they both made the decision that the time wasnt right for them.

They thought they had all the time in the world to fight him when the time was right for them.

            Well guess what?

“Time is the cruelest teacher; first she gives the test, then teaches the lesson.”

Floyd is retired. And He Retired as the greatest of his generation.
and the sad truth is both of them had the Opportunity to fight him and turn it down.

"Opportunity always looks bigger going than coming"

And JMM Should Take the money and the opportunity at history because he will never find himself in better position than fighting the best fighter of his generation coming off almost a 2 year layoff ....and JMM on the other hand is looking greater than ever....

              flaw
that Cotto has get exposed in the ring worse than how Margarito
pulled his card (Alleged Plaster aside). It's funny because people keep
talking about Cotto like he is the best but this guy got schooled by a
1 dimensional fighter that Paul Williams and Shane Mosley made look
like the average fighter he was/is. Didn't Floyd school Cotto's child
              hood friend Henry Bruseles?

& didn't Cotto help get Bruseles ready by sparring with him before
his fight with Floyd? & what happened to Henry Bruseles the night
of the fight? "Mayweather easily outclassed Bruseles throughout
the first seven rounds. In round 8, Mayweather knocked down Bruseles twice, and the fight was stopped."
              Cotto was there that night
watching his boy get schooled. Also to sum up my point..........wasn't
Henry Bruseles trained by Evangelista Cotto? I want to see Floyd
and Cotto get it on more than any Cotto fan because I know Cotto
              would get beat.
until then cotto is facing better opposition than floyd in his last 3 fights.

cotto is facing clottey a WW against a WW
floyd might be facing JMM a WW against a LW LMAO

bruseles is a B- class fighter at best. that's the best fighter u can use to compare?? we can use Baldomir, a shot gatti?? ur making it worse for mayweather's defense.

isn't penalosa train by roach?? he just got a beat for 9rds

ANYWAY, IMHO., PBF is a geat athelte capable of beating JMM at 140lbs, but he refuses to drop 7 pounds cause he wants his fights to be totally lopsided. It's a shame for ALL BOXING FANS. We really want them to fight on a more fair and leveled ground.

PBF was the "WW linear champ" that never defended his tittle agaisnt a true WW. After such a great career at lower weight classes, SFW, LW, LWW... PBF has become a pathetic joke .
