Thompson was a legitimate, tough cruiserweight. He wasn't the best guy around but Eubank doing what he did was very impressive.

On a side note, I actually had Eubank winning the first fight and had him leading the second before the stoppage, which should prove that he wasn't shot.

for people who score clean accurate punching hopkins won

for people who score moving your hands and pretending to hit someone calzaghe won. if he was trying to hit hopkins and just couldn't than all the more credit to hopkins for not getting hit for 12 full rounds.

how can you call me blind when you haven't even watched the fight closely. "he's moving his hands he must be winning!" but the hardest part and probably the most important part in boxing is actually hitting your opponent.

That is the criteria I use. What is wrong with that?

I have no idea why you would quote my post and then say that. It is completely unrelated to what my post was about.

I wasnt really impressed with Froch's win over Taylor. That fight showed me more about the great skills and yet pathetic flaws that Taylor has!!! Calzaghe beat a past prime Eubank so eh but well he did take adavantage and completely dominate him so i would say his win is more impressive!

                    You are delusional mate.

Hopkins is 44, he himself was a MW most of his his career. If he wants "Credit", then he should have moved to face Hopkins or Roy Jones in 2001-2004, but he was set on staying in the UK all that time. Until, of course, Roy Jones and Hopkins were going to retire due to old age. Then suddenly Joe's "Fear of Flying" was suddenly cured
