Taylor is an elite boxer who gave it his all last night and still lost. There is no reason to disrespect him. He lost to a very tough and underrated opponent.

No matter how good someone is, there is always someone out there than can beat you.

Taylor deserves respect, not this "he let me down" type bull****.

The man gave it his all.

I've never really watched Taylor fight before or heard anything else about him. But he gained a lot of respect from me. When asked whether he thought the stoppage was right, he didn't come up with any excuses. He just said, ' if the Ref thinks it's going too far and decides to end it, then I'm not gonna argue about it '.

fuck any faggot that thinks jt has no heart, or didnt fight a hell of a fight. much respect to Froch for coming up big in the late rounds. But other than that, JT gave a great show!

Froch did knock him out. The same nonsense was spouted when Pavlik beat Jermain the first time. Even after the second fight people still made excuses.

He could have survived better in the last round. Could have held on a bit and used spoiling tactics just to waste a bit of time and see the round thru.
Instead he was backpeddling pretty fast, so he looked as if he did have a bit of wind.
But eventually got caught with the onslaught of punches. If he held a bit ala hatton. Maybe he should learn a bit of that, a bit like BH does.

                  I totally agree.

The best thing about Taylor as well is that he admitted defeat. He said that he trained hard for this and was 100% coming in. It takes a lot of balls to admit that you were beat by a 'nobody', especially looking back at Taylor's previous fights.

Exactly, he should have closed the show but did not. He beat himself and can no longer be considered an a+ class fighter to me, he is b+ at best.

I cant imagine BH losing to Pavlik in the last round, even if BH was tired like JT.
BH would have used spoiling tactics against Pavlik, to see the round thru. That is all JT had to do.
