      It will never happen.

      Hatton is not worthy.

Hatton will retire after he fails.

lol try and tell that to hatton... hatton thinks he's king kong compared to pac.
        True.

Maybe Hatton needs to think that for a psychological edge. Didn't work for Mayweather Jr. though.

Pac looks much thicker than he did before. Ever since the Diaz fight he looks bigger. He weighed in at 147 for that fight so he isn't as small as Hatton may think he is. And, Roach said he was 152 pounds with 6% bodyfat while training for Oscar. That's not that small.

Hatton better be on his "A" game.

Should get a whole tons of credit.i dont care what anybody says ricky hatton is already a elite fighter. He has only 1 loss on his record and thats to then p4p champ money mayweather. Hes been wrecking shop at 140 and been its undisputed champ for 4 years. He has a massive hometown following and has a pretty decent american fanbase as well. So to answer the question to me he is already an elite fighter, he goes down as one of the best at 140pds. Needs more than a pac win to prove his greatness tho.

You are absolutely correct in all you say, as you invariably are.

If he beats Pac he could be one of the best fighter @140 at all time.

Castillo has lost to 7 people, hardly a fighter who only lost to the elite few. Plus he lost to Hatton at the end of his career.

So far Tszyu is the only fighter on Hatton's resume. And it will stay that way.

hatton is elite but only at 140; he's not a great fighter.

he'll get more credit if he fights a clean fight... if he wrestles and roughhouses, I don't think he should get much credit.

If Hatton wins and wins convincingly then he deserves a lot of credit regardless of Pacquiao being a naturally lighter weight fighter.
