Pac looks much thicker than he did before. Ever since the Diaz fight he looks bigger. He weighed in at 147 for that fight so he isn't as small as Hatton may think he is. And, Roach said he was 152 pounds with 6% bodyfat while training for Oscar. That's not that small.

Hes been wrecking shop at 140 and been its undisputed champ for 4 years. He has a massive hometown following and has a pretty decent american fanbase as well. So to answer the question to me he is already an elite fighter, he goes down as one of the best at 140pds. Needs more than a pac win to prove his greatness tho.

Castillo has lost to 7 people, hardly a fighter who only lost to the elite few. Plus he lost to Hatton at the end of his career.
