    What did Kessler do?

He tucked-tail and ran like a scalded dog to fight some BUM.
Your behaviour will make you an instant succes here on NSB.

FYI there where 2 seperate negotiations between Kessler and Miranda. In the end Miranda chose Abraham and ditched Kessler.

It was announced Wednesday afternoon in Copenhagen by manager Bettina Palle and matchmaker Mogens Palle that former WBA and WBC super middleweight champion Mikkel Kessler will return to the ring on June 21 in Denmark to fight undefeated Dmitri Sartison for the WBA title.

Kessler, 39-1, will be making his first start since losing a hard fought decision to unbeaten Joe Calzaghe Nov. 4. Sartison, who comes from Kazahkstan, fights out of Germany and is promoted by Universum.

Kessler's interests twice tried to make a USA TV bout against Edison Miranda and twice Miranda's promoter ran away from the deals. Miranda decided he would be better off fighting King Arthur Abraham on June 21 on Showtime as opposed to possibly getting destroyed by the Viking Warrior.

When HBO wanted Kessler-Miranda for June 21, Kessler even agreed to fight at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, Fl., home of Miranda's promoter, Seminole Warriors Boxing.

Again, Leon Margules tucked his tail between his legs and ran from Kessler.

Current WBA champ Anthony Mundine, already beaten once in his homeland by Kessler, refused to fight official challenger Kessler and thus Kessler now fights the leading available contender for the vacant crown.

Mundine has a totally ridiculous third bout against overmatched middleweight Sam Soliman in Melbourne on May 28. If Mundine wins or gets a draw, he has committed to immediately resigning the title. If Soliman wins, obviously the Kessler-Sartison winner will be obligated to give him a fight.

Mundine is already to trying to lure ex-WBA light heavyweight champion Danny Green out of retirement for what would be a huge all Australian rematch.

Yeah, I see him coming to be a legend, a 100 plus reply poster.

All the post has to be is dumb, and people flock to it like flies on ****.

I personally want to see Tarver beat Dawson then fight Kessler in Denmark.

Tarver could do a pre-fight build up in Denmark and have thousands of disaffected Danish youth, walking, talking and acting brash like Tarver to the consternation and bewilderment of their conservative, mild-mannered parents.

Why the fuck would Dawson want to fight in Europe. He might as well fight with one hand

If Dawson ever fought Kessler it would be in the states. He would rather fight Froch in UK than Mainland Europe

The 2 seperate negotiations was confirmed by Boxingscene writer Cliff Rold. Look through the 'hot sauce' in article and just check the facts.

heres the way see it - i think bat has a point it is slightly hypocritical of dawson to turn around now and say that he can make 168 - but remember the context. at the time dawson was just looking for big fights and kess seemed a reasonable option he was a good fight but the main guys dawson wanted at 175 were calzaghe and hopkins. since then hopkin has said he wont fight chad and calzaghe has retired, which means his two biggest paydays are out of the window.

dawson might be thinking to himself if he wants a big fight now he has to really chase it and go down to 168.

personally i think the likes of froch, pascal and kess will have to move up in the next 2/3years. the logical move is for dawson to rematch johnson and secure all the belts this would ensure:

                  a) he is the standout champ at the division

                  b) none of the SMW's would waste time with other fights

                  c) it puts chad in a good position at the negotiating table

chad vs kess @ 175 is just a matter of time

                      Kessler ducked Miranda.

I'll give Chad the benefit of the doubt because Palle still has Kessler on training wheels.
