Taylor was winning the fight and he gassed out so Froch KO'd him. Nothing controversial about it.

If Froch dropped Taylor but Taylor survived to win a decision, I would definitely agree to a rematch. But it didn't turn out that way. Taylor had his shot at the front of the line, so now he goes to the back of the line.
Yeah Taylor is the reason that he lost, not Froch's abilities. Taylor does not have that desire to win anymore. He could get a rematch but I don't see him winning because he is mentally flawed in some way. He may win a UD but if Froch gets to him again then he will lose again. Same scenario as the Pavlik 1 fight......he knocks dude down, does not close the show and guy comes back to ko Taylor. Maybe he was having a flashback to that fight last night.

I thikn he did it on purpose... he didnt wanna gas himself out trying to get froch out of there, because if he couldnt close the show... he would of been gassed by the 7th..

JT definitely has the desire to win, he winning the fight on two scorecards going into the 12th... he got knocked out, it happens.. doesnt mean he doesnt want to win at all..

I think Taylor will gas out again, but he learns from his mistakes and could take a UD. Froch could still KO him though, maybe even end it earlier now that he has a little psychological advantage.

But Taylor should have lost by KO.

He went down at 44 seconds and wasn't up until 30 seconds. The referee gave a long count.

Either way, it was close... if Taylor hung on he still could have won the fight... Im not debating who won the ifght, I know JT got knocked out.. Im only saying that to say he deserves a rematch IMO

Froch knows he will take out Taylor in the later rounds, so he will start much early on.

He even said that he could of started applying the pressure in like round 5 or so and he will in his next fight...

Can't really see it going any other way unless Taylor KD froch like 5 times.

Taylor has lost 3 or his past 4 fights, two by stoppage.

He doesn't deserve another title shot until he defeats a contender or two.

I don't think he 'deserves' a rematch, but I'd like to see one. I'd take Taylor by UD in a rematch as I think he underestimated Froch in training and during the fight. However, I could easily see a II playing out in similar fashion to I with Froch winning by stoppage. It would probably sensible for Taylor to get another fight under his belt against someone like Miranda or Pascal first.
