I thought this was common knowledge, Anyway people alway overrated punchers and ortiz seem to be going that way on NSB.

Khans small head and skinny neck still doesn't favor going up against a puncher...but we'll see.
No head-gear in the pros and unlike sparring, this time it matters.
I do agree with your other reply
I would like to see him up the pace and start to break down fighters.ortiz is a solid fighter, he's downfall is his low wrok rateComment

The advantages Khan holds over Ortiz would still exist at pro-level.
Unfortunately, the gloves are smaller and there is no headgear.
To say it has no relevance is wrong, imo.
Khan is a one-punch away from disaster against a modest ****er like Kotelnik never mind Ortiz.Comment

ortiz got KTFO with head gear on, what do you think is going to happen without?Comment

Headgear.
There's a big difference between Pro's and Am's.
Cotto lost to Kelson Pinto and Muhaamed Abdulaev in the am's, and stopped them both in the pros.
Ortiz stops Khan in the pros.Comment
