I'm sure Jackson is just speaking out of frustration as someone who cares about the sport. Maybe Pacquiao didn't duck in the past, maybe he did, but there are two facts here that are undeniable.

1. Pacquiao would be destroyed by Floyd Mayweather or Paul Williams. He would also probably lose to Nate Campbell or Timothy Bradley.

2. Pacquiao's "achievements" from the lower weight classes are drastically overblown. Joe Calzaghe dominated 168 for ten years, the Klitschkos are dominating heavyweight, but everyone recognizes that those things are meaningless.

Guzman wasn't nearly as highly rated at the time as the people he actually fought, you obviously weren't following boxing at the time. And Raheem was in a higher weight division than him, and there was no reason to move up weight divisions just in order to fight him. And the "old washed up Morales", as you call him, was 29, younger than Pacquiao is now.

Maybe you should learn a bit about boxing before posting here.

Guys like Guzman and Gamboa are black but not 100%, plain and simple. They are not 100% black of course, only africans are that. I think guys like Gamboa or Guzman are a mix between african and hispanic, white or whatever. ***** is considered black but hes 50% black and 50% white. I think its strange that all guys who have just a lil bit african blood are considered black but it is that way so guys like Guzman and Gamboa are black too or what do you think??

More than 80% of African Americans have some white blood and most of the rest have some Native American blood, sp what on earth are you trying to say, if anything?
