Ouma's fall from grace is so disappointing. He's done as a fighter.

Duddy was never any good. I only remember Lyell from the Kirkland fight, and that at least showed me that he's tough as hell. Kirkland beat the **** out of him and he stood tough.

Judicious matchmaking. We all knew that loss was coming soon, but who thought it'd come from this guy? I'd never heard of him, I thought this was just a keep-busy fight for Duddy while he waited for his turn to get hammered by Pavlik. This loss pretty much condemns Duddy to the role of club fighter because it's unlikely he's going to beat a top contender and prove he is worthy of a title shot.

He still is a major ticket seller in the area and will find himself on a lot of big undercards but this is a monumental setback for him.

The funny thing is Billy Lyle has 26 total fights and only 3 KO's. I only know of him because James Kirkland fought him in 2007. The guy is pretty tough as in has a pretty decent chin, he went 8 rounds against Kirkland before the fight was stopped and he went the distance against Vanes Martirosyan, but he cant punch for ****. I'm surprised duddy couldn't beat a guy like that.

Me and my dad laughed when he fought on the Pavlik v Sergio? ( can't remember his name) undercard when the commentator said something along the lines of he is looking to challenge Pavlik. He would get his ass handed to him. Another ovrrated Brit.
