you're proposing that he changes his style (not completely) but as much as that going into his 24th professional fight? none the less, popping in and out with a heavyweight, who can punch like wlad?

i hope wlad doesn't have a clue about timing!

Compared to a slapper for ten rounds. I do NOT think so.

Yea, but his stamina has improved but remember thats mostly all legs. He's very top heavy and he goes out and throws bombs and quickly in the first few rounds that combined with avoiding/taking/blocking, moving and the mental toll of having someone huge infront of you will be the real test.

I hope Haye KOs him though I really do.

Booth monitored Haye's heartrate throughout and after 80 sprints saw the boxers pulse registering 167bpm . This wasn't high enough ,so Booth reduced Haye's recovery to 15 seconds for the last 20 sprints . Haye completed them ,the last in 13.5 seconds . In total Haye effectively sprinted 10km , though with a total of 30 minutes rest , but it's still an incredible feat of athleticism and surely proves the world cruiserweight champion doesn't have a stamina problem as some have feared .

I dont think Haye has got a stamina problem. He may have had in the past, but no longer, because he knows how important it it, so has trained properly.
He has a bit of a whisker problem. So does Wlad. We will find out who is the weaker in the chin dept soon. All willl be revealed.

haye early on in his career had stamina issues - see the fight with c.thompson, in that fight haye unloaded power punch after power punch and after 4 rounds he looked spent. thompson rallied back and decked haye as well. this along with the fact that haye is a huge CW and has had problems making CW and sometimes gets tagged and goes jittery have been the reasons that he is sometimes seen as being chinny.

pl have to realize that stamina and making weight are two of the biggest reasons for fighters having poor punch resistance - bute had stamina issues and was decked several times in his fight with andrade but that doesn't necessarily mean he is chinny (like khan is chinny), cotto would have to kill him himselfto make 140 and was somtimes easily wobbled but that doesn't mean he is chinny does it (in fact you could argue he has a great chin because of the flush shots he took from SSM and magracheato).

in the mormeck fight haye was KD, he knew the opposition were looking to take him into the mid rounds and test him then, haye though said he was comfortable with that. he said that since his earlier days he has worked on his stamina and actually picks up the pace after round 6.

dont be surprised if haye turns out to have good stamina and a good chin at HW, it wouldn't surprise me that for sure.
