        true story.
Floyd is more talented than Roy as far as fundamentals are concerned. Roy was just a freak of nature with insane speed, hence why Roy gets hit so much nowadays.

Listen. Tito Trinidad's undoing has been defensive fighters with skills that were not shot (So don't mention an old Pernell). History has shown that Tito gets dominated by defensive fighters: Hopkins, Wright, and even De La Hoya who was robbed. IMO Floyd Mayweather UDs Tito in one helluva boring fight.

Getting knocked down is hardly signifcant...Gamboa has been knocked down and he's on the fast track, and his skills at the moment are becoming scary good. Its how you respond to that knockdown. Most of, if not all of Tito's knockdowns were flash

When its all said and done, if these two were primes in their respective times; the fight wouldn't have gone down. Not Floyd's style. Floyd never fought a fighter of Tito's caliber

And everytime Tito fought someone of Floyd's caliber, he got schooled.

Saying a knockdown is insignificant is silly, if those guys had more power behind those knockdowns then Tito and Gamboa wouldnt have gotten up, they were lucky their opponents didnt have devastating power.
