Is it possible for Floyd Mayweather Jr to get Maximum credit for a win?

The Marquez fight is a good fight as a warm up. However he must follow that up by beating Pac and then Cotto or Mosley.

If he only beats Marquez and Pac. People will say Hatton,Pac,Marquez were all smaller fighters and he avoided Cotto.

Yep agree. As a Floyd fan i want him to face Pac and Cotto, then he's done what he's has to do.

yep agree, i want him to face Pac and Cotto. But when people expect him to face these guys in his 1st fight in over a year and a half, i think its unfair.

Now the reason i say this is because their was a recent thread where May - Mosley was mentioned, Floyd has been criticised for not fighting an elite Welter

A ton of Floyd haters jumped on the thread and criticised Floyd because Mosley is 37 years old ( Yet these same people want to see Cotto - Mosley )

Now if Floyd fought Cotto, people would say he was ruined by Marg

If Floyd fought JMM and Pac, their would be the generic weight excuse

If he beat Williams they would say P willy was weight drained or some **** like this

Don't gotta like Mr boat buyer, but you gotta respect his talent. The reason I quit supportin him is cuz he when he needed to put up or shut up he wouldn't do either. The whole Money May thing is fake as ****. People are supposed to hate him. No legit reason not to like him other than him not fightin the guys he shoulda fought. He won the WW world title and refused to do **** wit it. So if he comes back, he needs to pick up where he left off and beat SSM and/or Cotto. At 140, Pac and JMM are credible wins I'd give him props for, but he could still be criticized for not takin care of business at WW. If Mr boat buyer fights the top WW, nobody could say **** anymore. Win or lose he'd get my full respect back for fightin those guys, and I'd pick him to UD SSM and KO Cotto.
