How do u think the fight would turn out? IMO, it'd be a high speed chessmatch.

People say this is the fight that needs to be made(same they were sayin about DLH-Mayweather). Thing is I don't see the fight being a great fight people would remember for a long time(unfortunately). What do u think?

A mayweather fight against Pacquiao or Marquez will be a boring one. Only because Pacquiao and Marquez are intelligent fighters like floyd who have good movement and are good counter punchers aswell like floyd.

i think Pac would start fast and furious and steal the majority of the opening 6 rounds, and then the onus would be on Mayweather to mount more of an offense and take the fight back

it won't be a Gatti/Ward but it'll be a great fight and it'll be obvious that these are two next level boxers in there

it would be like the first couple of rounds of the may judah fight.for a full twelve.it would be very competitive.people downplay pacs defense cause he's an offense first fighter, but his defense is very good.

It'll be a damn entertaining fight where Mayweather would have to increase his workrate. Still I see Pacquaio getting dropped with straight right hands

I picked high speed chess match by the way...

I think us boxing addicts would enjoy the fight(I think it'd be much better than Oscar-Floyd) but the casual fan would say it was decent.

The build up would definatley outdo the actual fight. It'd be something i'd love to see though, i hope it happens sooner or later

                  "Six"?

Please don't let the Judah fight sway you. Floyd had sparred with Zab and knew what Zab had. In fact, FMJ is the first person i've heard call Zab "a front-runner". People have taken that and run with it.

I also encourage you to go back and watch the Judah fight. While Judah landed 3 or 4 flashy punches (he always does), FMJ was methodically breaking down Zab's body.

I remain convinced that no guy who is Floyd's own size will beat him anytime soon. FMJ and Pac are both 148, with PBF having the height advantage.

Floyd has a substantial mental and tactical advantage over Pac. And his defense is several notches higher. That would be the difference in the fight. They both are capable of putting a brutal beating on lesser competition (ex: Floyd on Gatti, Pac on DLH).

The question has been asked about when floyd has faced a fighter as fast as Manny. Good question. Judah, Corley, Manfredy, Sharmba, etc were all speedy, but not at Pac's level. Maybe Judah is.

But the flipside is that Pac hasn't faced anyone EVEN CLOSE to what Floyd brings in terms of speed, timing and accuracy. Speed-wise, Judah is alot closer to Pac than Marquez is to Floyd. Does that make sense?
