    Boxing is for nerds.

Seriously man I feel like a nerd watching boxing sometimes. It's like a sport nobody watches. The only people that watch it are like hardcore peeps. Outside in real life no body knows **** about boxing except like a few key names. Damn it's like the manliest sport there is. Sports is about proving your dominance. Boxing is like the #1 way to show dominance. Yet it's forgotten. I go to college and I have never ever met a boxing fan in real life. It's like those hidden underground nerds that watch anime or something. All the people I talk to watch hockey, football or soccer. Why's boxing so unpopular and poorly funded and completely forgotten about nowadays compared to back then.
BTW I'm an AM boxer so I do the sport too.
Man tell a girl you're a football player she'll be totally impressed , tell them you're a boxer they'll be like meh.

Boxing is the only thing I watch on TV period. I always get cats tryin to talk to me about LeBron and ****, and I tell em str8 up I don't give a ****. All them other sports are games. Boxing ain't no ****in game. It's real man's ****. I'm all about gettin casuals or nonfans, guys and girls, over my crib and turnin em into diehards. It always works too. Get some good fights on and have some peeps check em out, and there's no way they won't enjoy it.

I find it funny how these idiots can watch nascar and f1 for god knows how long. But when it's intense fighting with knockouts it's boring and forgotten.
        Makes me depressed.

I watched Castillo-Corrales with some friends of mine who don't watch boxing. They were glued to the TV and still talk about it to this day. Call us nerds or whatever you want, but I know a good thing when I see it. Nothing compares to boxing as a sport, it is the greatest. And anyone who can't be bothered with it or simply doesn't watch, well that's their loss.

thats the beauty of great fighters. Ppl that dont watch boxing know who mike tyson is/was, and they would pay to see him fight. The same with ali. i think you arent truly great until non-boxing fans want to see you fight.....

Boxing is like the least nerdiest sport out there, as for the Football and Boxing thing... I assume you live in UK? In the UK Football is more popular than Boxing that's why...
