When you utilize your common sense, it seems pretty obvious that he did. There are fighters that Cotto has gone twelve rounds with that hit him with some pretty nasty shots and he never looked like the elephant man. Can you post up some pictures of other fighters that Margarito beat that ended up with similar deformities? I imagine someone so strong to make Cotto look how he did would be that strong consistenly no? Unless every fighter he fought aside from Cotto has some kind of armor under there skin.

I just find it "interesting" that Margarito chose not to use plaster for Williams or Clottey. But he definitely needed it for Cotto and Cintron.
