floyd fans...what can we expect from them?? ridiculous by 10x

right now...floyd can say that he already beat shane in his dreams. the only thing he can do with all the WWs right now.

    agreed
Just like they can only dream of beating him!

No matter what Floyd does, people will still moan about him. If he comes back and owns the WW division, you'll get people saying he should move up and fight Williams or he ain't proved nothing etc etc. Floyd can't win with some people, no matter what

We should be greatful if he comes back at all

Its been proven time and time again that the triangle theory doesnt prove anything. If fighter a beats fighter b who in return beats fighter c, that doesnt mean that fighter a can beat fighter c.

Well he didnt he the rounds i gave mosley were close rounds the rounds i gave cotto were more one sided rounds cotto was outboxing him easily the only way he kinda made fight a lil closer is cause cotto started gettin tired but other than that cotto was winning it CLEARLY

He said he needs two fights to be ready for mosley, that could be jmm and pac then mosley. If that was the order i would be very happy about that. My gut feeling is that we will never see floyd v mosley though and i cant shake that one. Ill believe it when the deal is signed sealed and delivered. Shane may be getting on but he still brings a lot to the table, ask plastoman and cotto. I dont see anyway floyd takes on mosley before pac. If you think about it floyd retired in 2008 with mosley lurking looking for a matchup and he didnt make it, so why will it happen now? The answer, it probably wont.

Dismissing a class act like jmm could be very dangerous and will floyd be 100% sharp at that fight, probably not.

We all know Cotto won the fight. It closed up towards the end, but we know he won the fight. That was how long ago? Mosley is older and slower than that now and he will be more so if he and Floyd get it on.

Its a pointless fight to make that twat look good.

I still don't agree with him fighting Marquez though unless he is willing to go down to make it happen.
dont agree I say hes ranked #1 but i dont think hes the best welter he lost to cotto but he beat marg id say there like right there but i think if they fought again cotto beats him more convincingly. I think hes declining he looked awful vs mayorga he just had the right gameplan with margarito but also margarito was psychologicaly done after getting his plaster taken away. I think mayweather should fight cotto is is closer to his age and is beat mosley already.

I will give him props when he stops tactically picking his opponents. Its simple, he fights the most logical opponents that the Boxing public wants to see, and hey presto no criticism. He keeps fighting who he wants he will continue to be criticized.

I expect Floyd to get passed JMM, but people saying that it's just a tune-up are forgetting that Marquez could arguably be P4P #1, at 147 or 135 he's still a dangerous fighter
I'd much rather see Cotto or Pac in after that fight though...
