                It's because he seemed smaller at those weights due to his bulky legs.

                Mayweather is taller and seems bigger even though they even out to be about the same size.

                Pacquiao did more in the lower weight classes as well.

                  Mayweather could have easily done the same had he gone pro, same goes for DLH. What I'm tryin to say is, people gotta stop making Pacquaio out to be this FW beating up on big dudes.

                      IF and IF we get to see a Mayweather vs Pacquaio fight, I'll bet on it...they'll weigh the same or either one of them will be 1-2 pounds apart.
