Boxing is doing GREAT with Pacquiao as #1 P4P

Ive been invited to around 5 different "fight nights" for the Hatton/Pacquiao fight. That hasnt happened in about 6 years now. It seems like more and more people are taking a liking to Pacquiao and therefore, Boxing in general.

I mean, what other boxer has had his own SHOE besides RJJ? Nike is busting out with some Manny Pacs. Not only that, but Pac is even coming out in the media with positive press, just him being hounded by fans, no scandal, no cheesy c-list reality show.

May 2nd will be a big day for boxing. Even if it doesn't break PPV records, this fight will do the sport A LOT of good in the long run.

now come the floyd girls talkin how manny will never be a bigger star than floyd and how floyd owns him, ppvs, boat investments etc etc

Floyd owns Pacquiao. Pacquiao will never be on his level. Floyd is top 2 of this generation. Pacquiao can't **** with him.

I know that's the reply you wanted.

Mayweather owns Pac. He can't hide from the real p4p king any longer!

yes and im being serious with the topic too. i think the sport is on a good run right now. as long as HBO doesnt keep passing on good fan friendly fights like they did on Taylor/Froch.

But when you have the Boston Celtic's starting 5 attending Manny Pac's fights, A list celebrities bigging up the sport and its best fighter, it can only go from there.

Boxing needs little Guys like Pac to step it up when the HW division is seen as lacking in the public eye. Sugar Ray Leonard {GOOD GUY character}, Tommy Hearns, Duran {BAD GUY character}, SRR way before them...help the sport's heart to stay strong.

Mayweather tried the nice guy act before but it didn't work for him so he went from Pretty Boy Floyd to Money May. All him, but just a different side of him that he lets out more often instead of keeping it locked up.
Which is funny since the original Pretty Boy Floyd was a Gangsta.

Agree with everything but the white part... come on is it really necessary?

agreed. I think Haye and Arreola will do some good regardless of them losing against the Klitchkos.

Haye and Chris are the type of fighters that will make their opponents fight. Even if they lose, they will have made the K Brothers work hard for their W making THEM look good in a win for once. These will probably be their most exciting fights in YEARS.
