Mr boat buyer made that comment prior to the Baldomir fight. I remember during that fight Lampley sayin he went on record makin that comment, and Steward wigged out like, 'I know he didn't dare say that!' He also made a reference to it when asked by Kenny on ESPN.

Nah he said he was on their level(which is crazy) not that he was better. During the Baldomir telecast from wat I remember...

He said he's given boxing 30 years of his life and he trained his soul out to get him family out of poverty. He said he will never say a fighter is better than him due to the struggles he's gone through and due too how many years he's given the sport.

That's actually not what he said. He said something along the lines of how he worked hard to get where he's at, and there's nothing wrong considering yourself the best given all the work he's put in, and accomplishments he's made. I mean, if he feels that way, cool. We all know the truth.

This was the same interview where he considered himself "the best to ever lace em up" Brian Kenny said "Better than ali and srr" Floyd said "absolutely"
