    Welcome back.

He's gotta have some beef. You don't need two .40 calibers unless some **** is going on and you know he got more firepower than that. He must need guns in more than just his bedroom. But what he should do is get the hell outta Austin. He has the resources to do so, and if his problems are that big, he needs to handle it cuz it's just going to get worse when he gets more money. If he just likes having guns to target practice and show off, then he's an idiot. I hope this gets squashed somehow cuz I really want to see him realize his potential.

Now that hes made alot money and is a star on national television hes prolly a huge mark in texas, and not to mention he probably already had problems with people before that. No one walks around with a gun unless they need a reason too. Im sure he has a serious problem with someone.
I have known plenty of fools that do walk around with guns and pull them out /show them off and all kindsa dumb stuff. That's how a lot of fools get shot or locked up. But I agree that he must have some beef if he is gonna risk fed time (where you have to serve 90% of your time).

Don't believe theres anyway around it and kirkland is a ****ing moron for loading the gun and putting it in his center counsole. If it was found in his home then I'd be less likely to bash him but what he did was trade millions for prison browns. Un-****ing-believable that **** these kids are doing with their futures. Maybe 1 out of 50 kids make it to his level and he just pissed all over it.

        t.i.

there's ways around anything if you got the $$$$.

however kirkland's money isn't as long as t.i.'s so he'll probably be doing some time. t.i. should've been talking to this *****.......

No, so this is just illegal su****ion by the police which is unconstitutional in the first place. We don't know what his punishment will be, but if it hurts his boxing career, like 10 years in jail, then that's BS. It's just common sense. If I were Kirkland I would challenge the court.
Once you become a felon you have NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

            Did you go to school?

Did you? That's wrong, felons have rights, they can vote too...just have to wait a period of time (varies state to state)

                    My bad.

They can vote in 4 states. The other 46 states they cannot. So Id say that leans far toward not.

You are correct that in some states they can get it back after a period of time.
