I would have hoped that he had learned his lesson with Floyd's antics. He's falling for it again. He has to keep his cool and do his talking in the ring if he really wants to win this fight.

But Ricky loves himself too much and is very conscious of what people around the world think about him. Roach's 3rd round prediction is eating away at him, I bet.

      sorry, but you're wrong.

hatton is claiming that he has improved after getting floyd sr. as a trainer for 1 fight, but is claiming that pac hasn't improved after being with roach for 8-9 years.

      that's kinda hard to believe.

hatton is definitely coming into this fight overconfident and is not taking pac seriously at 140.
reminds us of dlh, doesn't it?

lolz, with sr. hatton definitely improved in the 'mouthing' department

Ricky lets the emotions get the best of him. When he fought Floyd he let the emotions and the moment get to his head, he started out so humble in the beginning of the Pacquaio-Hatton conference but now he is starting to talk too much. When he loses it's only going to hurt him even more.

When I first saw his fight with Paulie, I thought that he had really improved under FMSr. But then I watched it again and saw his older fights, he was actually better before. His reflexes and his punching speed was much quicker and I think more powerful that what it is lately.

He uses a bit more jab but got countered by Paulie once he figured out how Hatton moved in after a few bobs and then jabs. Take away the ineffective jab and it's the same old Hatton. Watch it. A bit slower and less aggressive.

I think it was his tenacity that won him fights and not the lack of a jab. I don't know what that jab will do to a lefty like Pac. Watch out for short hook to knock Ricky down in the 2nd.

Okay, so he put on a pretty impressive performance that boxing experts pretty much all agreed showed improvement to his last 4 or 5 fights, and you think he was better before?

Ineffective jab? On many occasions he pushed Malignaggi across the ring with his jab, he set up a huge right hand that almost knocked down Malignaggi with a jab, and rocked him a few times with a jab.

His head movement was improved, his aggressiveness was still there but more educated, he threw more combinations and he didn't clinch at all.

This was only after a few weeks with Floyd Snr.

All true but it is much easier to look new and improved against Guido Pillowhands.

Who the hell is David Diaz..Name me one young fighter that he beat? Freddie Roach is very over rated as well. Manny has been stopped by bodyshots. I know he can't take a body shot.
                Terrible post.

I'm sure he would get knocked out. As soon as Manufactured loses all of you clowns will not be on the sites anymore. LOL
Another really bad post. Give it up.

                      Yes it is.

And its easy to look good against past prime, dehydrated fighters and walking punching bags.

No offence to Pacquiao, but this will be his first proper test at a higher weight, and his last two fights were basically tune ups.

Likewise, this will be Hatton's first proper test under Floyd Mayweather Snr, to prove whether he truly has improved and still has it.
