True enough my man. But at the same time you can hear plenty of Floyd supporters tell you why Floyd shouldn't even have to fight those guys or excuse those fights from not happening at all. Its a two way street. But most reasonable fans, no matter which side of the fence you're on, know fighters are not "scared" of one another in a physical sense. Not Floyd or any other fighter. If they were they wouldn't be in this sport to begin with.Comment

When everyone fought everyone, took risks and it wasn't all about $$$$$.
Would Mayweather be undefeated still?
Would Calzaghe?
Would Bernard have less smaller people to pick on?
Would Pac still pick on out of prime boxers?
Would Cotto take knees earlier in his career?
No, no way he could rob Castillo and squeak by the champ De La Hoya back then
Yes, because Calzaghe was more aggressive against Hopkins and they rewarded that back then.
More, people were smaller back then.
He doesnt

Ducking has always gone on unfortunately. Lots of very good fighters never got their shot back in the day, I think today with the alphabet titles they might have got a title.
One thing I would say for olden days without sounding the old fart that I am was the quality of non title fights was better. Being one title meant that good fighters had to take each other out on the way to a shot. Nowadays no one will fight someone they fear unless it is for a title. Also it is sometimes hard to get title holders to unify. Don't get me started on the weights........Comment

I would say that Don King etc would not be beyond influencing judges? Anything where there is a lot of money there is the temptation for corruption.Comment
